This session reframes differentiation as efficient, strategic, and sustainable by integrating the use of proficiency scales—a foundational component of Dr. Robert Marzano’s High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework. Participants will explore how proficiency scales bring clarity to learning goals, support student agency, and streamline differentiation to ensure every student progresses—regardless of where they begin. The CPI Level II Refresher Course is a recertification course available for administrators whose last training was received any time between May 30, 2024- May 31, 2025. Staff who were previously certified in CPI, but whose last training was prior to these dates, are not eligible to take a Refresher course and must take a CPI Foundations Course. THIS IS A 3.5-HOUR COURSE TAKING PLACE AT BEATY EC.
