The session will also guide principals in recognizing early signs that a teacher may be struggling with classroom management—such as frequent disruptions, inconsistent expectations, or low student engagement—and how to provide targeted support and coaching aligned with the STOIC model to build teacher capacity and improve overAll Levels classroom and school climate.
